Return Policy - The Paw Collection

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Items must be returned unused and in original condition when possible.

Once your return has been shipped and tracking is provided or once the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
